To begin with, you need to open the Voomly Cloud application. You can do this by double-clicking on the app icon on your desktop, or by locating it in your Applications folder (for Mac users) or Start Menu (for Windows users). Upon launching the app, you'll be greeted by a login screen. Here, you will need to enter the email address you used to purchase Voomly Cloud. This email is your primary identifier for your Voomly account, ensuring that all your content, preferences, and settings are uniquely tied to you.

Upon entering your email address, the next step is to input your password. For first-time users, this password can be found in the welcome email that was sent to you upon purchasing Voomly Cloud. The default password is a unique 9-character alphanumeric combination, designed to provide initial security for your account. Make sure to enter this password accurately to proceed.

After entering your email and password, you'll be presented with a captcha challenge. This extra layer of security is designed to verify user authenticity. You'll be shown a set of images and asked to select certain ones based on the prompt given. Make sure to look carefully and select all the correct images. Upon successfully logging into your Voomly Cloud account, direct your attention to the upper right-hand corner of the app's interface. Here, you will see your profile icon. Click on this icon to reveal a drop-down menu with several options. From this menu, select 'Edit Profile.' This will lead you to the settings area where you can manage various aspects of your Voomly Cloud account.

Within the 'Edit Profile' area, you'll find two tabs: 'User Details' and 'Change Password.' You can explore 'User Details' to upload an avatar image and change the full name displayed in your account. For this tutorial, we're focusing on changing the password, so go ahead and click on the 'Change Password' tab."

In the 'Change Password' section, you'll be asked to input your old password before setting up a new one. If you're having difficulty remembering your original alphanumeric password, don't worry! We have a solution for that, too. You can use the Magic Link option to log in and reset your password, which we'll cover in the next section.
